Front Height: measured along front curve of mask from bridge of nose to chin

Circumference: measured from tip of nose straight around the head to back (mask allows also for larger adjustability) ** if in doubt take a larger size

North American Standard Shipping is free on all orders over CAD$400. We use Canada Post and Express delivery services with a tracking numbers and insurance.

Depending on your location, delivery will take 2-14 days for in-stock items and 4 weeks for "Pre-Order and Special Order" items.

In Stock Orders will ship within 48 hours and you will receive an email as soon as they have shipped with additional information and a tracking number.

Pre-Orders show a designated shipping date on their product page and will dispatch within 7 business days of the noted delivery date. 

Special Orders are items that are made specifically for you and take 4 weeks to produce and deliver. We will reach out to discuss the timeline for delivery with you via email. Please make sure you use an email that you check often.

Dispatched Orders are unable to be redirected to another address. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a complete shipping address.

Taxes are exclusive from prices displayed on the website. Applicable sales tax of 13% will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

Customs/Duties will not be charged for any orders shipped within North America. You will not get an invoice or COD bill to pay upon delivery as we have already paid the charge.
