Returns/Exchanges
Discounted Merchandise is Final Sale and non-refundable.
All REGULAR PRICED orders are eligible for full refund or exchange within twenty (20) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete with all tags, and returned with its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact Customer Support (info@mayerofficial.com) with a copy of your order confirmation as well as a reason for the return.
Return Shipments are sent by the customer and must include tracking. Please e-mail us a copy of your shipping receipt that clearly shows the tracking number and price paid. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved a refund will be issued within five (5) business days. We will refund the amount of the returned merchandise, plus the cost of shipping.
Exchanges follow the same procedure and once we receive your item back and it has been approved a new item will be dispatched free of charge.
Please note that due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt and inspection. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted to confirm your updated delivery address, and your returned parcel will be sent to you via regular postal delivery service.
Dispatched Orders are unable to be redirected to another address. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a complete shipping address.
Taxes are exclusive from prices displayed on the website. Applicable sales tax for your area will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.
