Whether it's a brocade blazer, sequin bomber, leather jacket or statement coat, our mission is to work with you to create a truly unique one of a kind look that you will live with for years.

HOW IT WORKS

IN PERSON CUSTOM SERVICES

1. Free Consultation: 30m

+ Meet up online with designer Ross Mayer to discuss your vision and explore design and fabric options.

+ Ross will follow up shortly after the appointment to provide your design concepts, fabric options and confirm pricing.

+ At this time a 50% deposit is due to proceed.

2. Showroom Appointment: Finalize Design / Measurements: 1hr

+ Finalize your style and design

+ Measurements are taken to proceed into work

3. First Fitting: 30 min

+ Try on your outfit in the first stages of the making process assessing alterations or any changes to be made.

4. Final Fitting: 30 min

+ Try on your finished outfit to ensure that everything is correct and up to your expectations and beyond.

+ Most times you will be able to leave with your outfit but not to worry we won't rest until it’s perfect!

5. Final Alterations: 15m

+ Pickup or home delivery free of charge

REMOTE CUSTOM SERVICES

+ Meet up online with designer Ross Mayer to discuss your vision and explore design and fabric options.

+ Ross will follow up shortly after the appointment to provide your design concepts, fabric options and confirm pricing.

2. Virtual Fabric & Measurements Meeting: 1hr

+ Finalize your style and confirm fabrics.

+ We will walk you through the process of taking complete and accurate measurements.

+ We are now ready to pass your garment to our master tailors to start your creation.

3. Your look is ready to go!

+ We will connect with you online to show you your final finished garment and provide tips should there be any small adjustments that need to be made.

+ The remaining balance is now due and your look is on its way to you!

4. Follow up after receiving your look

+ We ask you to connect with us once you have had a chance to try on your amazing new look and want your feedback.

+ If by chance there are any more major adjustments that need to be made, we fully guarantee all of our work and provide free of charge return courier services and look after all necessary adjustments.
