20 DAY EXCHANGES- Regular Priced Merchandise

All regular priced merchandise is eligible for exchanges. Simply reach out to us and we will work it out.


15 DAY REFUNDS- Regular Priced Merchandise

All "Regular Priced Merchandise" is eligible for a refund. We understand that sometimes things might not work out. 

Merchandise must be unused and unworn in the original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns are to be sent by the customer. Once your return item is received, inspected, and approved a refund will be issued within five (5) business days.

SALE MERCHANDISE

All merchandise marked down for clearance or sold at a reduced price as part of a promotion is not eligible for a refund or exchange

MAYER reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

This includes but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy is worn or washed, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

SHIPPING

DUTIES & BROKERAGE

We ship our products from Toronto, Canada. Any duties and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer paid directly to the carrier. 

SHIPPING

North American Express Shipping- delivered usually within 7-10 business days complete with tracking information from our Canadian location.

We cannot guarantee ship times once packages leave our facility due to customs and transport delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Refunds are not permitted due to these conditions.


DELIVERY DISPATCH

In Stock Orders will ship within 24 hours and you will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped with additional information and a tracking number. 

 TAXES

Are exclusive from prices displayed on the website. Applicable sales tax for your area will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.
