Can I upgrade my shipping for a faster delivery?

Can I ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship world wide, if there are any restrictions we will let you know and will try to find a solution. We do reserve the right to cancel an order if there are no appropriate shipping options to your destination.
Where are the collections made?
We work out of Toronto, Canada and make all our production here. We pride ourselves on the highest level of quality in our European materials and local production methods. If you have any questions about a specific style, please just contact us at info@mayerman.com
What if the colors varies from the online picture?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
What do I do if you my items is damaged?
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at info@mayerman.com
Do you make custom items?
Yes, we create custom styles in all categories and would love to speak to you about creating your custom piece. We offer appointments at our studio in Toronto with our designer and also offer skype meetings to discuss any custom piece.
How do I book an appointment at your studio?
Just email us at info@mayerman.com. We are available most weekdays and some weekends to meet with you at our studio.
Why should I sign up for the newsletter?
We show our collections at least twice a year and also are involved in many other events. Sign up to our newsletter for updates on our events and stay in the loop with our latest pieces. We do not bombard our clients with tons of e-mails so please don’t hesitate to stay in the know!
