Sale Merchandise is Final Sale

All regular priced orders are eligible for a free return or an exchange within twenty (20) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete with all tags, and returned with its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact Customer Support (info@mayerofficial.com) with a copy of your order confirmation as well as a reason for the return. Return shipments should be sent with tracking information. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued within five (5) business days. We will refund the amount of the returned merchandise, less the cost of shipping. Exchanges follow the same procedure and once we receive your item and it has been approved a new piece of your determination will be dispatched free of charge.  

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt and inspection. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted to confirm your updated delivery address, and your returned parcel will be sent to you via regular postal delivery service.
