SHIPPING / DELIVERY CHARGES / RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We permit refunds and exchanges that follow the below guidelines. 

Please carefully consult the Fit Guide that is present for each product. 

We are available through our store's "CHAT" feature from 8am - 8pm EST. and can assist with fit questions to help you in your purchase. 

We discourage purchasing multiple sizes for the reason that returns are expensive for our small brand and the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs by purchasing a return label through our store portal.

FREE SHIPPING

North American Express Shipping is FREE on all orders over $300 USD and delivered usually within 7-12 business days complete with tracking information from our Canadian location. We cannot guarantee ship times once packages leave our facility due to customs and transport delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Refunds are not permitted due to these conditions. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

North American Express Shipping under $300 USD is charged $20 USD. 

International rest of the world shipments are $40 USD and delivered usually within 20-30 days complete with tracking information from our location in Canada. 

Fedex 2 Day Rush Air Delivery is available for $80 USD applied on any order size.

We offer local Toronto Canada pickup on all orders through this free of charge option found at checkout

DELIVERY DISPATCH

In Stock Orders will ship within 24 hours and you will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped with additional information and a tracking number. 

Pre-Orders show a designated shipping date on their product page and will dispatch within 7-10 business days of the noted delivery date. We sell out of popular items/sizes often and our Pre-Order option allows you to secure your favourite item in advance. Please note this delivery information at the time of purchase as refunds CANNOT be applied once an order is placed.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Discounted Merchandise is Final Sale

All  regular priced orders are eligible for return or exchange within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete with all tags, and returned with its original packaging. 

TO REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE

Please contact Customer Support (info@mayerofficial.com) with a copy of your order confirmation as well as a reason for the return. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Return Shipments are paid for BY the customer. 

A link to purchase a return shipping label will be provided following your approved return. 

Please use your original packaging for return. Drop to a Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL location based on the return method selected. 

Shipments should be sent with a declared value NOT exceeding $100. 

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return item is received, inspected, and approved a refund will be issued within five (5) business days. We will refund the amount of the returned merchandise, LESS the cost of shipping. 

EXCHANGE ORDER PROCESSING

Exchanges follow the same procedure and once we receive your item back and it has been approved a new item will be dispatched Free of Charge.

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt and inspection. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted to confirm your updated delivery address, and your returned parcel will be sent to you via regular postal delivery service.

Taxes are exclusive from prices displayed on the website. Applicable sales tax for your area will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

Duties & Brokerage Charges will be the customers responsibility and paid directly to the carrier.
