RETURN POLICY

Return Window:
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Regular-price items → Eligible for a refund or exchange if returned in original condition.
Sale & Mark Down items → Final sale (no returns or exchanges).
Made to Order items → Final sale.

Condition Requirements:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect, resale-ready condition.
• All MAYER Clothing tags and original packaging must be attached.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Process:
• All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email to info@mayerofficial.com.
• Please include your order number and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
• Once marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
