HOW IT WORKS
IN PERSON / VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
+ Meet up online with designer Ross Mayer to discuss your vision, explore design and fabric options and review your timeline.
+ Ross will follow up shortly after the appointment to provide your design concepts, fabric options and confirm pricing.
CONFIRMING YOUR STYLE
+ Finalize your style and design.
+ Measurements are taken in-person or requested through an easy to navigate guide.
+ Payment is required to proceed with your custom order.
WE GET TO WORK ON YOUR ORDER
+ Your order is now put into our Custom Couture calendar.
+ Please allow a minimum of 60 days for us to complete your garments as this is an exacting process and our Atelier is often very busy.
YOUR ORDER IS READY TO GO
+ Once we have finished your looks, we will notify you and your order will be expressed shipped to you.
+ We understand that often your significant other may want to keep their look a surprise and we’re happy to make separate shipments to ensure the wow factor on your special day.
