Returns & Exchanges

• Regular-price items: Regular-price items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
• Sale & Mark Down items: Final sale (no returns or exchanges).
• Made to Order items: Final sale.

Sale merchandise is offered at reduced pricing to clear limited inventory. For this reason, sale and markdown purchases are final sale.

Condition Requirements:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags attached. All MAYER Clothing tags and original packaging must be attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions and return the merchandise to the customer.

• All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email to info@mayerofficial.com.
• Please include your order number and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order garments are individually produced or specially prepared for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of these pieces, all made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Fit & Measurements: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted measurements and size selections are accurate. MAYER manufactures made-to-order garments based on the measurements, sizing, and specifications approved by the customer. Garments produced in accordance with those specifications are not eligible for return or exchange due to fit, sizing preference, or changes in body measurements after the order is placed. MAYER is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted measurements.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Orders for in-stock merchandise may be cancelled prior to shipment when processing has not begun.

Made-to-order purchases cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or store credit for items purchased prior to a sale, promotion, seasonal event, archive event, or subsequent markdown. All purchases are considered final at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Inventory Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order and issue a refund to your original method of payment. 

Products may be available simultaneously through our online boutique, retail store, showroom, or stylist placements. As a result, inventory availability cannot be guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges incurred when returning merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MAYER is no longer responsible for loss or theft. Customers should contact the carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
