We ship our products from Toronto, Canada and as a small company the "Duties & Brokerage Charges" outside North America will be paid directly to your carrier upon arrival in your area.
As we grow our business we look to cover these charges, but in the meantime rest assured we do not increase our product prices in foreign currencies as many brands do.
We are here to make the process of getting the right item easy!
20 DAY EXCHANGES
All regular and sale priced merchandise is eligible for exchanges. Simply reach out to us and we will work it out.
15 DAY REFUNDS
All "Regular Priced Merchandise" is eligible for a refund. We understand that sometimes things might not suit.
SALE MERCHANDISE
All merchandise marked down for clearance is not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged.
