FABRIC & TRIM SELECTION

Choose from an extensive collection of the world’s finest fabrics, including luxury wools, silks, satins, jacquards, lace, velvet, and specialty textiles. Clients may also select from a curated range of exclusive trims, embroidery, crystal embellishments, custom beading, and decorative details.

CUSTOM DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Ross will develop a design tailored specifically to your vision. From subtle sophistication to dramatic fashion-forward statements, each garment is individually created to achieve a look that cannot be found anywhere else.

For clients outside Toronto, MAYER offers a comprehensive virtual made-to-measure service.

Through video consultations, Ross Mayer personally guides clients through the same creative process offered in-store.

Design discussions, fabric selections, measurements, fit reviews, and styling recommendations can all be completed remotely.

• Initial design consultation via video call

• Fabric and trim selections presented digitally and through e-mail and mailed swatches when required.

ALTERATIONS FOR REMOTE CLIENTS

While made-to-measure garments are produced to your measurements, minor refinements are sometimes beneficial once the garment is received.

Most local tailors can easily perform adjustments such as:

• Sleeve length adjustments
• Trouser hemming
• Waist suppression or release
• Trouser waist adjustments
• Seat and leg refinements
• Jacket side seam adjustments

MAYER provides detailed alteration notes and fit recommendations to ensure your local tailor can achieve the final perfected fit.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Because each garment is made specifically for the individual client, a full refund may be requested within 72 hours of payment. After this period, all sales are final.

Made-to-Measure Construction

Every garment is produced using a made-to-measure process, ensuring exceptional fit, comfort, and proportion. Each pattern is developed to your individual measurements and body shape. Our tailoring features interior foundations from fused to half and full canvas constructions.

Fittings & Finishing

For local clients, a fitting appointment ensures every detail is perfected. Final alterations and adjustments are included so your garment is delivered ready to wear.
