Shella accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
All orders are eligible for a free return or an exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete with all tags, and returned with its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a copy of your order confirmation as well as a reason for the return. You will be provided with a free return shipping label that will act as your return material authorization. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued within five (5) business days. We will refund the amount of the returned merchandise, less the cost of shipping and customs, if applicable.
Please note that due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt and inspection. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted to confirm your updated delivery address, and your returned parcel will be sent to you via regular postal delivery service.
