 Can I receive my order outside of North America?

Yes, we ship world-wide.

If there are any restrictions we will let you know and will try to find a solution. International orders may be subject to duty/brokerage charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer and the delivering carrier. 

If you have any questions prior to ordering on international charges please reach out to us at and we're happy to help and provide all necessary information prior to purchase. 

We do reserve the right to cancel an order if there are no appropriate shipping options to your destination. 

Where are the collections made?

We work and ship our products out of Toronto, Ontario Canada.

We pride ourselves on the highest level of quality in our European materials and local production methods. If you have any questions about a specific style, please just contact us at and we would be happy to help!


What if the colours varies from the online picture?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

There may be instances were trims have slight variances from online photo's as we always strive to improve our production pieces from our original sample shown in photo's. 


 What do I do if you my items is damaged?

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at and we will respond immediately.

Return Policy

Sale Merchandise is Final Sale

All  regular priced orders are eligible for a free return or an exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete with all tags, and returned with its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact Customer Support ( with a copy of your order confirmation as well as a reason for the return. You will be provided with a free return shipping label that will act as your return material authorization. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued within five (5) business days. We will refund the amount of the returned merchandise, less the cost of shipping and customs, if applicable. 

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt and inspection. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted to confirm your updated delivery address, and your returned parcel will be sent to you via regular postal delivery service.
