  • FREE NORTH AMERICAN EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders of $300 USD and above, delivered within 7-10 business days. 
  • EXPRESS NORTH AMERICAN SHIPPING on all orders under $300 USD are charged $25 USD and delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD are subject to a $40 USD cost and duties/tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer with the applicable carrier at time of delivery.   • Purchases are delivered in a durable shipping box with garments packaged in an eco-friendly reusable dust bag for protection.

FREE RETURNS are permitted following these conditions: 

All orders are eligible for a free return or an exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, complete with all tags, and returned with its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact Customer Support (info@mayerofficial.com) with a copy of your order confirmation as well as a reason for the return. You will be provided with a free return shipping label that will act as your return material authorization. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued within five (10) business days. We will refund the amount of the returned merchandise, less the cost of shipping and customs, if applicable.

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt and inspection. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted to confirm your updated delivery address, and your returned parcel will be sent to you via regular postal delivery service.
