Fun & versatile piece

This kilt/skirt opens up all the way so it’s really easy to put on. The large buttons are a fun touch and the pleating is so beautifully done. I wear these over my black Valin pants with a black Cuban boot—a sexy, unexpected piece that will add interest to your wardrobe.
